500 g apples are peeled and cut into small pieces.
Then add 2 eggs, 2 spoons of milk, a pinch of salt and about 50 g of flour, mix everything together well and, if the dough is not firm enough, add a little more flour. Then knead it well, cut dumplings and cook them in boiling water.
Sugar, cinnamon and brown butter are poured over the dumplings before serving.
