Instructions

  1. Salad:
  2. Wash the rocket, add salt, pepper, sugar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salad herbs, mix everything well and arrange in a circle around the edge of the plate. Quarter the tomatoes and distribute them evenly on the rocket.

  4. Peel the potatoes and cook in salted water, not too soft, and rinse. Cut into slightly thicker slices, then fry properly in a pan with olive oil, with a little

  6. Feta cheese:
  7. Fry them briefly in the pan, then finish cooking in the microwave at 300 W for about 3 minutes. Core the apples, cut into wedges and place in the pan with the feta cheese, fry briefly and then serve on the plate.
  8. Sauce:
  9. Dice the onions and fry them in the same pan as the apples and feta cheese. Briefly boil the clear meat broth and at the same time pour the wine over the onions and bring to the boil. Add 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche and reduce again briefly. Pour the finished sauce over the feta cheese, potatoes and apples.
