Instructions

  1. Cut the apple into sticks (fries shape), drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Cut the dates into pieces. Arrange both on a plate, I always build a tower out of the apple fries and I spread the pieces of dates around it.
  3. Time to stir the dip together:
  4. Mix the quark and almond butter with the milk.
  5. Put the dip on the plate and let it taste good.
  6. My kids love it as a quick snack in the afternoon.
