Instructions

  1. Whisk egg yolks with milk, add flour, salt, sugar and vanilla and let soak for about 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the apples, remove the core (works best with an apple / core house cutter) and cut into rings one and a half centimeters thick. Pull the crème fraiche and the stiffly beaten egg white into the batter, stir in the sesame seeds. Pull the apple slices through the dough and fry them in hot coconut oil on both sides until golden.
