Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon. Peel and core apples and cut into pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Heat apple juice, 1/2 l water, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, 100 g sugar and apple pieces. Stir the cornstarch in a little water until smooth. Pour into the hot compote and bring to the boil while stirring.
  3. For the sauce, mix the custard powder and 30 g sugar with 3 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and add the pudding powder. Bring to the boil while stirring. Fold in the chopped almonds. Let cool down.
