- Heat the honey in a small non-stick pan, add the oat flakes and let it caramelize slightly. If you like, you can also add a little cinnamon.
- Wash the apple, remove the core and grate coarsely on a grater with the peel.
- Put in a bowl and mix immediately with a little lemon juice so that it doesn`t turn too brown.
- Wash and halve the grapes and mix with the grated apple. Finally, mix in the roasted honey oat flakes.
- Pour into a dessert bowl. This is a small snack, breakfast or dessert that doesn`t taste sweet and nicely fruity and crispy.
