Instructions

  1. Whip the cream until stiff and season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Fold in the horseradish.
  2. Peel and halve the apple. Remove the core and grate the apple halves into strips that are not too fine. Fold loosely into the horseradish cream.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Another option is to replace the cream with yoghurt and crème fraiche.
