Mix the flour, eggs, salt, sugar and milk into a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Peel the apples, cut into small slices and mix with the batter. Heat plenty of oil in a pan, place small biscuits from the dough in the hot oil and fry until crispy brown on each side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving.

Peel 5 apples, cut out the core and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Dip the apple slices in the batter given above and fry them in plenty of hot oil.
