- Make a kneading dough from the first 5 ingredients. Press this into a greased springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm, pulling the edge up 2 cm.
- Using the apple juice, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, custard powder and 250 g of sugar, cook a pudding according to the instructions on the packet.
