Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from the first 5 ingredients. Press this into a greased springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm, pulling the edge up 2 cm.
  2. Using the apple juice, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, custard powder and 250 g of sugar, cook a pudding according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and stir into the pudding, bring to the boil very briefly. Put on the dough and distribute.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 45 minutes at 180 ° C. Let cool down completely.
  5. Finally, whip 1 cup of cream and a packet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Spread on the cooled cake and sprinkle with cinnamon.
