Instructions

  1. Crumble the butter over the flour and stir in the sugar until the whole mixture looks like grated cheese (works very well if you put everything in a mixer with a cutting insert). Stir in an egg and knead a dough. Put the smooth dough in the refrigerator and let it rest for an hour.
  2. Peel and quarter the apples, which should be as sweet as possible, and cut into thin slices. Fold in the raisins and drizzle with lemon juice. Grate the marzipan with the coarse side of a grater. Roll out the dough and make it so large that an edge of 4 cm goes up in a springform pan. Place in the greased springform pan. Brush with a little apple puree, which you can season with a touch of cinnamon. Place the apples on top, partially pour the grated marzipan under the apple mixture, partially leave it on top of the apples like crumble. Bend the edge of the dough. Sprinkle the cake finely with normal sugar and bake the tart for 25 minutes at 175 degrees.
  3. Remove, remove from the mold and - when it has cooled down, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  4. Tastes very good with vanilla cream or creme fraiche, both cold with coffee and lukewarm as a dessert.
