Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples, then roughly grate them unpeeled and place in a bowl. Mix immediately with the lemon juice. Put the oat flakes and honey on top and mix with the grated apples. Pour kefir over them. Peel the oranges, cut them into slices and place them on the muesli.
