Instructions
- First cook the pasta until al dente. Then melt the butter and mix it with the pasta.
- Now separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy.
- Mix the egg yolk - sugar - mixture with the pasta, then fold in the stiff egg white.
- Now grate the peeled, pitted apples with a grater and mix with a little cinnamon as desired.
- Now only alternate the pasta and apple mixture in a greased baking dish that may be coated with breadcrumbs.
- Bake the whole thing in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
