Instructions

  1. Chop the peeled nuts half coarsely / half finely and roast in a non-stick pan without fat / oil.
  2. Add honey and let it caramelize.
  3. Peel and dice the apples.
  4. Remove the nuts from the pan, fry the apples in butter until they are soft. Add the nuts again. Season to taste with cinnamon, vanilla and honey.
  5. Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a bowl and serve with the still hot apple-nut mixture.
  6. Depending on your taste, a dollop of whipped cream can be served with it.
