Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut into a cross at the end of the stem. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut the bacon into strips. Heat the oil in a medium-sized saucepan and fry the bacon in it. Add the onions and Brussels sprouts, sauté briefly and deglaze the whole thing with the stock. Let simmer very gently for about 20 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, peel and core the apples, cut into small pieces or small wedges and let simmer for the rest of the cooking time!
  2. It really tastes very tasty and spicy. We usually come with meatballs (meatballs).
