Onions and apples in the left bacon are translucent and allow to cool.
Put the flour, butter, lukewarm milk, salt and egg in a bowl, mix with the yeast dissolved in a little lukewarm water in a small bowl and make a yeast dough that is not too light.
On a baking sheet brushed with oil, pull the dough into shape and roll out.
Let it go for 15 minutes.
Place the cooled onions / apples on the dough, mix the eggs with the sour cream, season with salt and spread over the apples and onions. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and rosemary and finally the grated cheese.
