Peel, core and cut the apples, chop the banana and put in the food processor or smoothie maker. Fillet and add half an orange, add a splash of lemon and a little cinnamon and a tablespoon of chia seeds, fill up with yogurt and start the machine now.
After half a minute, add the milk so that the smoothie foams nicely. If you want the smoothie to be sweeter, add sugar to taste. Fill into glasses and enjoy.
