Instructions

  1. Peel the apple and remove the core. Then cut the pulp into very small, thin pieces. If you don`t like pieces, you can also grate the apple.
  2. Put the first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix into a smooth batter. Finally fold in the apple pieces. Let the dough rest briefly.
  3. Put some butter in a pan and heat it up. Put 2 tablespoons of the dough in each pan and distribute carefully. Turn after approx. 1 minute (caution! It turns brown quickly) and bake briefly on the other side. In this way, use up all of the batter and keep the finished apple pancakes warm.
  4. If you want, you can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream per serving on the still warm pancakes.
  5. Variation: Instead of the apple you can add a pureed banana and instead of cinnamon a tablespoon of honey to the dough.
