- Prepare an applesauce from 4 apples with a little sugar and cinnamon.
- Peel the apple and cut into fine pieces. Marinate with the apple schnapps and lemon juice.
- Beat one egg with 3 egg yolks and the sugar. Pour the egg foam over the apple pieces and fold in the cooled applesauce.
- Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff and fold it into the parfait mixture.
- Fill into molds and freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours.
