Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C fan oven.
  2. Knead a shortcrust pastry from the specified ingredients.
  3. Butter two soufflé molds and sprinkle with ground nuts. Cut the apple and pear into small pieces and place in the molds. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of hazelnut flour over each and pour 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar over each.
  4. Then divide the dough into two equal portions. Make a lid for the molds from each portion. Place the lid on the fruit and press it down.
  5. Bake the casseroles in the oven for approx. 20-30 minutes. They are done when they smell nice and are golden brown.
  6. The casseroles can be eaten hot or warm or cold. It goes well with vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.
