Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, water, milk, eggs, salt, baking powder and sugar into a liquid mass and place in the mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  2. While the dough is resting, cut the apple and pear into small cubes (the peel can stay on). Squeeze half a lemon over the cubes so that the acid maintains the freshness of the fruit. Now add the cinnamon and oat flakes, stir and add the fruit mixture to the batter as soon as it comes out of the fridge. In a pan with a little oil, the cakes can now be baked like pancakes. It is best to use a large, well-heaped ladle for a cake. Then serve with a little sugar and cinnamon.
