Instructions

  1. Place the banana in the refrigerator overnight or an hour before preparing.
  2. Cut the banana and apple into pieces, scrape out the vanilla pulp from the pod and put in the blender with the remaining ingredients and mix into a shake. Set aside a few small pieces of apple for decoration. If the shake is too firm, simply refine it with a little almond milk.
  3. Chia seeds can of course also be left out for those who do not like them.
