Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add sugar, eggs, milk, salt and work everything into a smooth dough.
Drizzle the lemon juice on the apples, cut into eighths and peeled beforehand, so that they stay light and are flavored.
Grease a springform pan, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the batter into it. Place the apple wedges on top. Finally, put the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and grated almonds on the apple wedges and put them in the oven.
Baking temperature: 175 degrees convection, or 180 degrees top and bottom heat. Bake time about 30-40 minutes.
