- Work the flour, butter, 75 g sugar, egg and baking powder into a kneading dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Peel, chop and core the apples and place on the rolled-out kneading dough.
- Cook the vanilla pudding, apple juice, 175 g sugar, vanilla sugar, it only takes a few minutes until it is a little thick and spread over the apples.
- Bake the cake at 180 degrees fan-assisted air for 60 minutes (round cake pan 24 cm in diameter without insert).
