Instructions

  1. Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough and chill for about 1/2 hour. Halve, core and cut the apples.
  2. Put the dough in a greased springform pan (28 cm) and also line the edge. Put the apples on the bottom.
  3. Warm the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and almonds. Add the cinnamon, milk and flour, mix and spread over the apples.
  4. Bake at approx. 200 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Circulating air 175 degrees.
