- Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough and chill for about 1/2 hour. Halve, core and cut the apples.
- Put the dough in a greased springform pan (28 cm) and also line the edge. Put the apples on the bottom.
- Warm the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and almonds. Add the cinnamon, milk and flour, mix and spread over the apples.
- Bake at approx. 200 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. Circulating air 175 degrees.
