Instructions

  1. Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in it. Crumble the yeast and pour in. Add the milk with 1 tablespoon of sugar to the yeast, stir until smooth and cover and let rise for about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and egg. Knead everything and let rise for another 30 minutes. Roll out the dough, press it into a greased springform pan (28 cm diameter) and pull up the edge a little.
