For the pudding, put the cornstarch, sugar, a pinch of salt and three egg yolks in a bowl. Add 125 g of the milk and stir. Scrape out the vanilla pod. Add the vanilla pulp with the pod to the rest of the milk and bring the milk to the boil. Add the egg yolk mixture to the boiling milk and bring to the boil for three to four minutes. Then put in a cool place. Stir every now and then to prevent skin from forming.
For the dough, knead the quark, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt, flour, baking powder and an egg.
For the crumble, knead the flour, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and marzipan.
Grease a springform pan. Roll out the dough and place in the springform pan. The best way to roll out is between baking paper.
Peel the apples and cut into wedges, then spread them on the dough. Spread the pudding on the apples and then pour the crumble on top.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for 50 to 60 minutes on the second rack from the bottom.
