Instructions

  1. Knead a shortcrust pastry from the first 5 ingredients. Put this on a well-buttered baking sheet or 2 smaller tart dishes and prick several times with a fork.
  2. Mix butter, egg yolk, vanilla sugar and sugar until frothy. Add the pudding powder and quark and stir well. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully. Put this mixture on the dough.
  3. Peel and core the apples, slice them thinly and place them in a circle on the curd mixture. Bake for approx. 40 - 45 minutes at 200 ° C. I personally then add heated apricot jam over the apples so that it shines nicely.
