Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut out the cores. Cut the apples into wedges or rings and drizzle with lemon juice.
  2. Mix the butter with 150 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar and salt until creamy. Mix in 3 eggs one after the other. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in alternately with the milk. Put the dough in a greased springform pan.
  3. Mix the sour cream, 2 eggs, 50 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Pour half of the sour cream on the dough. Put the apple pieces on top and pour the remaining sour cream over them.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for about 1 hour. Then let it cool down.
  5. Heat the jam, brush the cake with it and dust the edge with powdered sugar.
