Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Butter the 24 springform pan and cover with breadcrumbs, then store in the refrigerator.
Put all ingredients except the apple cubes in a mixing bowl and make a batter. Carefully fold in the apple cubes and pour everything into the prepared springform pan and sprinkle with the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
