Instructions

  1. Peel, core and halve the apples and score several times on the surface.
  2. Mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with a whisk until creamy, stir in eggs one after the other. Mix the flour and baking powder and gradually stir in. Add lemon juice and stir again briefly.
