- Put the applesauce in a tall mixing bowl, grind in the blue poppy seeds and millet, season with sugar and salt, stir well.
- Pour into a 26 cm ring mold lined with baking paper, shake or smooth out.
- Bake in the cold oven and at approx. 150 ° C hot air for approx. 90-100 min *, needle test.
- Leave to stand for a number of hours after cooling, the millet needs a longer time to set.
- Prep time: 60-80 minutes, depending on how long the poppy seeds need to grind.
