Instructions

  1. Peel the pumpkin and apples and cut into very small pieces, bring to a boil in a high saucepan with lemon juice and preserving sugar. Simmer for four minutes, add the cinnamon and calvados. Remove from heat and immediately pour into screw-top jars that have been rinsed with hot water. Turn it upside down until it cools.
