Instructions

  1. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the vanilla pulp. Mix lemon juice with sugar, vanilla pulp and pod. Wash the apples, remove the core and cut into thin slices. Mix immediately with lemon juice. Pour in white wine so that the apples are well covered. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Before serving, remove the vanilla pod and fill the punch with the rest of the white wine. Serve immediately.
