Ingredients

• 500 g cream quark or low-fat quark
• 0.5 ½ cup milk or cream, if using low-fat quark
• 6 tablespoon sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 4 apples
• 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

1. Mix the quark well with the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Wash and peel the apples, grate them finely with a kitchen grater and fold them into the quark mixture. Finally sprinkle some cinnamon over it.
