Cut the apples into small cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Melt 70 g butter, let cool down a little.
Whip the egg and 50 g sugar until creamy. Mix in flour and baking powder with milk and melted butter. Fold in apples. Place about 8 piles with two tablespoons on the baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix 20 g sugar with a little cinnamon and sprinkle over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
