• 6 large apples
• 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

1. Peel the apples, remove the core and grate the pulp. Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener and fold into the apple shavings. Season to taste with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon and cover and chill.
