Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples and carrots. Quarter the apples and cut out the casings. Peel and clean the carrots and cut into pieces. Puree both in the blender. Season to taste with maple syrup and the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Pour in the apple juice and add ice cubes if you like. Serve immediately.
