Separate the eggs. Mix the 6 egg yolks with the sugar for at least 7 minutes until very frothy. Then add the ground hazelnuts, semolina, grated apples (expressed well), baking powder and cocoa powder and stir. Beat the 6 egg whites until stiff and then fold in. Pour the dough into a greased cake tin (26 cm) dusted with flour.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C on the lower rack for about 1 hour.
