Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sieve over the egg foam. Add 200 ml apple spritzer and beat everything to a creamy batter. Let the dough rise in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  2. Wash, core, peel and cut the apples into thin sticks. Immediately put the pens in water with lemon juice. Add the squeezed out apple sticks to the batter.
  3. Heat up a pan and grease it. Reduce the heat to half. Pour in a ladle of batter and bake for about four minutes on each side and serve.
