Instructions

  1. First you take 4 eggs, 400 ml milk, sugar and flour and make normal pancakes. When these have cooled down a bit, peel, core and cut the apples into fairly small slices or chop them roughly. Put the apples in the center of the pancakes and roll the pancakes together. Place them side by side in the baking dish until it is full. Mix the remaining eggs with a lot of sugar and the cream (if you still have some pancake batter in the bowl, you can stir it in) and pour the mixture over the pancakes. The pancakes should be well covered.
  2. Baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-25 minutes.
  3. Tip: Depending on how many eggs you add to the mixture, the mixture over the pancake will be more liquid or firm. Both are very tasty. With about 4 eggs it is probably still slightly runny, if you want it to be quark-like, use more eggs.
