Half fill a shot glass (4 cl) with the apple juice. Then fill the glass with the Malibu to 4 cl. Then sprinkle the whole thing with cinnamon and decorate with a little icing.
We use whipped cream for lack of time and because we serve it from parties, which largely avoids bigger messes. Has been a hit at our last parties.
