Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes. Cook with a little water and 1 tablespoon of sugar for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cook a pudding from the milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar and the pudding powder and fold in the apple pieces. If the pudding is too firm for you, you can stir in some of the apple liquid. I always do it that way, it tastes good and is nice and creamy.
  3. Divide the apple pudding into 4 dessert bowls or use a baking dish. Place the ladyfingers on top and carefully soak them with the chocolate milk so that not too much spills off.
  4. Now mix the quark with 2 tablespoons of sugar, whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold into the quark. Spread the curd cream on the ladyfingers and dust with cocoa powder.
  5. Place in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten. It tastes delicious the next day, if it`s really pulled through, but with us it usually doesn`t come to that.
