Peel and core the apple and cut into pieces approx. 1 cm in size. Put the milk, cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, vanilla flavor, salt, butter and apple pieces in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium temperature. As soon as everything is boiling, set the temperature very low and slowly add the semolina. Stir until the porridge is nice and pulpy or until the porridge boils again briefly with a bubble.
Fill the finished apple - vanilla - semolina porridge into plates or bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, depending on your taste.
