Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions with 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Peel the apples, cut into cubes and drizzle with lemon juice, add to the pudding with the cinnamon as required and cook until soft.
  3. Stir the quark with milk (or mineral water) until smooth, stir in the egg and finally stir in the flour and icing sugar. Cut out dumplings and let simmer in boiling salted water for approx. 3 minutes, then lift out of the water.
  4. Divide the apple pudding soup on plates (as a dessert for 4 servings, as a main course for 2 people) and add the dumplings to the soup. Garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar.
