Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut the apples into small cubes. Set aside 3 slices for decoration beforehand. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice.
  2. Put the yoghurt in a bowl, whip the cream until stiff, add about 4 tablespoons to the yoghurt, pour a pinch of cinnamon over it and mix.
  3. Fill the apples into 3 portion glasses and spread the cinnamon yoghurt cream on top, put an apple wedge and a biscuit on each glass as a decoration.
  4. Chill briefly and serve as a light dessert.
