Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwis, wash, peel, core and dice 2 apples.
  2. Put the kiwis, the 2 apples and the honey or cane sugar in a blender and puree.
  3. Wash and core the remaining 2 apples and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Distribute in 4 dessert bowls or in 4 glasses. Spread the kiwi and apple mixture on top.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator and serve very cold.
