Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwis.
  2. Wash, peel, core, and dice 2 of the apples.
  3. Place the peeled kiwis, diced apples, and 4 tablespoons honey (or cane sugar) in a blender and puree until smooth.
  4. Wash, core, and cut the remaining 2 apples into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Distribute the apple pieces among 4 dessert bowls or glasses.
  6. Spoon the kiwi-apple puree over the apple pieces.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then serve cold.
