Instructions

  1. Core the apple and remove the seeds.
  2. Puree the apple in a food processor, or finely grate it with a box grater.
  3. Mix the apple with the yogurt.
  4. Stir in a pinch of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness — if the apple is already sweet or if you're adding banana, use less sugar or omit it.
  6. Optional: slice banana and dice kiwi if using them, and stir into the yogurt.
  7. Serve immediately.
