Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the apple and zucchini. Brush a pan with a little oil, add both and sear.
  2. Meanwhile, season according to taste, e.g. with a good pinch of salt, pepper, seasoning (Vegeta, granulated broth, etc.) and sugar. Swirl or stir often so that nothing burns.
  3. Arrange on a plate and garnish with grated Parmesan or other cheese if you like.
  4. Tip: Also very tasty with zucchini pear and Roquefort or Gorgonzola. Many other variations of vegetables and fruits are certainly also possible.
  5. The dish requires little cheese for good taste and is therefore low in calories and practically carbohydrate-free. Ideal for low carb or other diets and, in addition to being quick to prepare, particularly inexpensive. Virtually vegan without cheese.
