Instructions

  1. Mix the raisins with the rum and jam and let it steep (approx. 30 min.) Peel the apples and remove the core with a cutter.
  2. Bring the water with wine, sugar and spices to the boil and stew the apples in it for about 15 minutes on a low heat (should still be firm to the bite), then take them out, put them straight into dessert bowls and fill with the jam mixture, pepper the apples with the almond sticks.
  3. Stir the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth, bring 300 ml of the apple and wine stock to the boil with the milk, stir in the pudding powder and simmer briefly while stirring - pour over the apples, sprinkle with the walnuts and pour chocolate sauce over them and serve warm with whipped cream.
