Instructions

  1. Put 4 amarettini in 6 glasses. I always take whiskey glasses. Crush the remaining cookies for 8 seconds at level 4 and transfer to a small bowl. Drizzle the amarettini in the glasses with a little orange juice.
  2. Put apples, 40 g sugar, 1 level teaspoon vanilla sugar in the Thermomix and cook for 9 minutes at 100 ° C, level 1. Add the almond liqueur and puree for 20 seconds at level 5. Pour over and let cool. Rinse the pot.
  3. Put the mascarpone, quark, milk, the remaining 30 g sugar and the heaped tablespoon of vanilla sugar in the Thermomix and set level 5 for 20 seconds.
  4. When the applesauce has cooled down well, pour some of it into the glasses, put some mascarpone cream on top, then some amarettini crumbs, then again applesauce, mascarpone cream and finally the crumbs again.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour and then you can enjoy it.
